Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. When traveling with them, you can expect free WiFi, onboard entertainment, bathrooms, power outlets and decent legroom. One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.
Greyhound Detroit Asheville recent customer reviews
The bus leaving Detroit had to turn around and go back to the terminal, no AC. THe transfer in Cincinnati was a nightmare. The terminal was filthy and the counter staff was rude to the point that she created a near riot condition with the passengers. I already sent an email to customer service because the service and terminal conditions were so bad. I suggest that Greyhounds upper management/staff or board of directors, take a cross country trip to see how bad the service really is. After my return trip, I will never use Greyhound again. I'll fly or rent a car for travel in the future. I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
