2. Driver did not check tickets due to poor signal. Stated he would while stopping at a certain place and never did.
3. Bus smelt very bad (throughout the bus it smelt of urine, very strong stench)
4. Bus looked horrific (rubbish/food everywhere)
5. Bus had cockroaches crawling on people due to mess (rubbish/food on the floor and behind the seats)
