Bus Tickets from Midrand to The Edward Hotel (Durban)

Intercape bus was not very comfortable, the seats were not able to recline however the charging port worked

I have enjoyed the trip, your stuff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel welcome, a gentle gave us few tips before we left JHB the dose and don'ts🤭 but in all honesty friendly. The only challenge is recliner chairs that don't work, charging ports that need to be replaced, the air-conditioning really needs to be fixed,other than that, we had a safe journey.

First of all the bus we were supposed to be on was scheduled for 06h15 then rescheduled for 08h15. Then we got stuck on the as the bus overheated we waited for the mechanic and Alternatively for another bus for 3hrs. Eventually the Mechanic arrived and we were back on the road by 18:45 and arrived in Durban around 21h00.more 12hrs trip from Midrand to Durban.

I will always choose Greyhound,the sits are comfortable,the staff is friendly and I always arrive safely when using Greyhound

Comfortable seats, love the USB charge point and aircon. Toilets could have been cleaner as trip went on.

Excellent service on board there was no wifi available but managed need to check wifi bus was a bit delayed at Johannesburg but enjoyed every moment

The seats are so small cant even walk down the aisle. The driver was the best 💯

bus didnt stop in Midrand, eventually got another bus till pmb, got on the same bus that didnt stop in the morning, driver was so rude stopped the bus randomly in the middle of the street to shout and ciurse and elderly woman who was enquiring about her stop.

The bus was fast of which is good cos we reach home early, the bathroom was OK the driver was friendly,

I was adviced that the bus would pick me up at Engen Midrand one stop garage I got there earlier until I reliased that the time has passed when I called I was told it was a different one as they have North and South which was not indicated on the ticket I lost my money.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

The seats were very comfortable and toilet nice and clean however the driver did not keep us informed when he took another route due to an accident, we arrived an hour late for work. Just glad to be home safe.

Great, I booked without realising it had stops along the way which I was not aware of. I normally like to book the straight bus that doesn’t pass anywhere however it wasn’t a huge issue but would have been nice to know the stops before hand

I have purchased premium ticket from midrand to Durban and there was nothing premium with the bus . Yes I can excuse their lateness but the walls of bus were falling off . Not even charging station was available or wifi service. All lies and scams

I was only satisfied that the bus was on time and gave us enough time for our break at Montrose. However the charging points weren't working 😕. I was sitting on top & there was no water to wash hands in the toilet. The taps were working.
