As someone who has a back operation was worried about my back pains but to my surprise the seats were fairly comfortable, I didn't have any issues. However, our aircon stopped working mid journey and we had to rely on the ventilator opened on the roof to get some air into the bus, also the toilet looked like a horror movie there was no soap even to wash hands.

I did not like that I booked specifically Greyhound and were made to travel with Citiliner without proper communication. The bus was supposed to arrive in Durban at 5am but arrived at 3am which was a big inconvenience for me. I will never book greyhound again.

It’s 09:53 21 September and I’m still in the bus in Harrismith, had the bus gotten to Park station on time instead of an hour and a half late, we would’ve gotten ahead of the snow storm
Customers mentioned that there is no formal parking place for buses, which they find unsafe. Some customers also noted that the service was okay but lacked a charging port.

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude
