Overall a comfortable ride and the staff were helpful. Surprised to see there was entertainment on the bus so that was a good surprise.
Very comfortable, careful driving and great value.
The bathroom was sooo bad, the smell was unbelievable! The staff was really nice, and the trip was on time.
No info at dep point for the bus #. Driver did not call out stops. Perhaps recorded announcements also in english would help
Nice driver. Timely service.
Our trip was very smooth. We were not aware of the in bus entertainment otherwise would have made sure to have our earplugs with us to watch the movies or tv. The ride was very comfortable
Nice bus, aircon and reclining seats. Leg room a little tight, and I'm not that tall, but I managed
There was a conflict on board. And the driver didn’t take a role to calm down the situation. Where I think he should. Very immature and passive behavior.
7 to 8 minutes delayed departure.
The first driver was very efficient in his driving and handling of everyone on board. The second driver who got on at Albacete was younger, thus was more vigorous in his driving of the bus. I personally would have preferred to have the older more experienced and empathetic driver to drive the whole journey as as I was trying to sleep on board the early morning bus, but I imagine he had to disembark for a personal reason. Great service none the less.
The staff is always helpful and the bus is very comfortable, with free internet and onboard entertainment as bonuses!
Perfect, I booked online all drivers had my details. I felt safe as a single woman travelling. I enjoyed each Alsa journey.
Chaotic, and I fed really bad for the driver. He work at lot when the people was complaining
It was a peaceful and delightful bus ride... one of the best in my life!
Air conditioning didn't work, so it was very hot and smelly, and there were no toilet breaks. Very noisy. On the plus side, the seats were comfortable and the driving very good.
great trip. much better than to Valencia which was horrible
Alsa should insist that facilities w/c are cleaned. The station in Granada is terrible and the next stop was no better. Fortunately the lunch stop was very clean. No need for filthy w/cs.
