I got a ticket for £16.04. But my receipt was £13. So when I go to the coach station, the driver didn't let me join the bus. I he said that my ticket is below the price for the time I booked.

The bus was 30 minutes late and I missed my connecting train. The driver was being instructed and neither of them knew the way into the station. A passenger had to direct them. Next time I will use another company

I have heard of customers complaining of delays by the service but I and my children witnessed it on July 13. My bus ought to arrive at Meadowhall interchange by 04:15 but alas the bus came by 05:55. My children were very sad with this experience. It’s unacceptable.
