Horrible is an understatement! The bus was delayed by 5+ Hours with no updates. The replacement bus was so small and uncomfortable. The charging points doesn't work in the bus,no toilet facilities on the bus. Which I'm very sure what we paid for 3 of the drivers made the experience even worse. They are playing music loud and are talking very loud. Not respecting other while they are sleeping. Halfway through the wipers on the bus stoped working. Which is very dangerous because it was raining. This is negligence from the company's side which action should be taken against the company. And should be taken very seriously.

Trip wasn't so good cause the air-conditioned wasn't working, so the driver had to opened the roof inorder for the air to come in. The drivers wasn't friendly and they never apologized or explained why the bus didn't have air-conditioned
