I booked a ticket from Marble Arch to Luton Airport. I arrived 15 mins before the time. The bus came and went without stopping at the stop. I waved to the busy to stop but it did not. I tried to catch it at Finchley Road but arrived as it was leaving and I had to run to a train station to take a train to Luton. Thank God I acted quick or I could have missed my plane.
I am very angry and disappointed
I booked a trip from Baker Street to Luton departing at 12:28. At 12:05 a bus rocks up as we are sittting in a café having a drink, waiting for the bus. Because it was a greenline bus i decided to check if this was our bus or if ours was still coming. The busdriver ask me for my booking, which wasnt for that trip but he told us there was no other bus coming??? He told us to rush and hop on. Luckily he took us otherwise we wouldn't have made it to the airport on time. But what happened to the trip that we booked? Departing at 12:28??
bought tickets for the 12:30 bus, approached the bus stop, it was not there, contacted the representatives of the carrier, they told us to go to another bus stop, my daughter and I spent 20 minutes clarifying which bus stop, but the bus did not arrive where we were told to wait. we had to buy new tickets for 1:40 p.m. because of this we lost time and were late to the airport and lost money for tickets.
Organization is a disaster, no info at all, despite having our tickets, bus did not stop in Marble Arch, as supposed to be full, next was also almost full and we could not enter, going to Victoria and despite having spent more than two hours, we found the bus just leaving and he refused to stop and pick us. No info at all available. We get lucky for picking the bus at 1:45 in Victoria, almost 3h late than expected. No one reasons to use Greenline again
London traffic was horrible I agree but every single bus was delayed at least an hour.. some people left the coach station because they had a flight to catch
Bud never arrived and I was charged online for tickets to airport … had to book additional Uber to get me to airport not happy was my first time using green line won the using them again
I paid the ticket and waited 2 hours for the bus that did not come. Nobody told me anything. Money wasted and time wasted. I will make a written complaint
I was very happy with the service and the trip and I will confidently continue to travel in the future with your buses and happy New Year with respect.
A National Express driver at Victoria Coach stn sent us to Green Line (about 1/2 mile away) when we presented the tickets to him, even though 'National Express' was clearly printed on the tickets. This was coupled with familiar and totally unprofessional behaviour and tone. It happened around 12:50 midday on Jan 6, 2019. A verbal complaint at the NE office could not reveal the identity of the NE staff in question. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
A great service. Clean bus which had seatbelts for all passengers and also provided a few child booster seats. Smooth, stress-free journey that left and arrived on time. Good price.
I wasn’t without internet for 2 days, because my plan is international and this was over, because I’m returning to my place and don’t make sense renew. So I wasn’t with the tickets get because I really didn’t have time to print, happened a lot of things with me in this last 2 days. But I had my book number and this prove that I bought my ticket. However the driver was almost leaving me there and I could to lose my flight to New York. Was my luck that tha Brazilian girl helped me with money to buy another ticket at the moment. I was without pounds enough in cash to buy another ticket that moment. My trouble could have been too big and your company would have done anything for me. I’m completely insatisfy with your service.
