I did not travel on the coach since there was over 40 minutes delay and had to do something urgent. Ended up taking the train from Waterloo instead. Very disapointing

Had to be moved to a later service as the driver didn’t know how to get to destination

The one way journey to Reading was very very good even the bus was late to depart. The speaker was very clear and joyful, I like it. The only thing that I didn’t like is that I couldn’t take the bus to come back to london because I waited 30 minutes the greenwide bus from the town centre but it didn’t come to the bus stop, so I needed to caught a train.

The staff at the Coach station was very helpful and nice. The bus driver was 30min late which was a pain.
