I understand that things can happen but not only email was sent late to inform me of the changes and the replacement bus but the replacement bus arrived 30 minutes late after the changed departure time which was 30 min already so an hour. Then a change in Leicester that was not on the original trip and a drunk passenger from the beginning of the trip that was annoying and loud but neither of the drivers addressed that.
