Got home safe
The seat
The first route from NYC to Washington was very pleasant with a great driver. During the transfer ride from DC to ATL, there were 3 drivers. The first driver’s route was an unpleasant experience due to his constant braking causing constant neck jerking. The second driver refused to leave the air conditioner on and consistently turned it off for most of the ride causing very humid conditions. The last driver was great and provided a cool and wonderful experience.
According to customer reviews, the bus company has received complaints about racial segregation on their buses. Some customers have reported that black and Hispanic passengers are seated in the back while Chinese passengers sit in the front. Additionally, there have been multiple mentions of unpleasant restroom odors during rides. Other feedback includes a lack of seat options when booking online and a desire for amenities such as WiFi and chargers on board.
