User reviews from travelers who booked a trip from New York to Atlanta
The only issue for me was the additional luggage costs. I travelled on Amtrak with about 4 suitcases and did not pay any additional charges. With you I spent over a hundred dollars on baggage fees
Personnel rude, unfriendly. We had a delay of 10 hours.
Neither the outlets nor the wifi worked on either of the two buses i took to get there. Oh yeah, on the second bus, driver's microphone, repeatedly malfunctioned. Made it difficult for driver to relay federal regulations regarding alcoholic beverages and/or smoking on bus.
