Due to the covid-19 the departure date from Ottawa was cancelled and had to find alternate ways to get home. I did not receive any notification, but was able to request a voucher to be used at a later time. Still have not received voucher
I arrived 30 min late in Montreal. I have to wait 2hours the other bus
The bus driver was arrogant and the employees at the NY bus station were not helpful
It's more or less what you'd expect.
The ride from New York to Montreal was quite uncomfortable. Small legroom, the interior worn out, and heavy smell from the bus toilet. The coach from Montreal to Ottawa was very comfortable, equipped with leather seats and enough legroom.
It was a great trip great services because I speak French and I found lots of help in the bus because I do not speak English and the time were accurate because my English is short but the services were great
I like it but the rest area in Albany very very bad specially the ladies room
I paid for a bus that granted access to wifi and a power outlet. The wifi never worked and the outlet had a plastic piece that covered it so much it made it impossible to plug in any device.
Need to remember they are there to serve customers...kindness patience and warmth go a long way
it was too cold in the bus
No wifi on the bus 8881 from New York to Montreal
My bus never went snf I never received my refund
Trip very well
Better service than competitors.
They were helpful and nice
The trip was fine, tho we were delayed for far too long at one point and I missed my connecting bus, with no help but to wait for hours for the next one... The driver was very professional, but the staff at the bus terminal were unhelpful.
20:45 Bus was oversold and the second bus after it had no assigned driver. Delayed trip to 23 with out any clear explanations of delays. Very unsatisfactory service.
The first driver was very rude.
My first time and a great experience!
It was a good ride. Nothing to complain. Very good estimates on time.
Great experience Drivers were great and cooperative.
The drivers were very precise and very helpful
The bus from NYC to Albany and the bus from Montreal to Ottawa was fine. Simply rating my experience in Albany: A group of 30 people was stuck in Albany from about 11pm to 6am with no information when our bus will be there. Staff promised “your bus will be there in 30 mins” ... busses came through going to Montreal but with no spare seats. The staff started getting rude after more of us complained, and once a bus driver was called to get a spare bus and drive us they threw our luggage in the bus - not carefully handling it. It wasn’t an awful move to have people just stranded on a few benches overnight with no information whatsoever. I arrived about 5 1/2hrs late in Montreal and the staff that did amazing and put me on the next available bus to Ottawa.
Its a very impressive cost effective and provides the opportunity to have first hand knowledge about the geographic attributes while moving across the States of USA and Canada. Wow!
The bus left 2 hours late from New York. It was so disorganized. The ppl with the 11pm ticket didn't get on the 11pm bus because it was full, which actually left at 12. Staff in New York were unprofessional and the whole experience horrible
