Please ensure that there is more signage "Rider Express" indicating where the pickup location is. On the ticket it should indicate it's near an Orthodontist office in the mall. Since the pickup location is not where all the other busses arrive.

The pick up point was confusing. YMCA was not the pick up point and there were other busses. Maybe a sign on the right spot would help. Construction on the drop off point had to detour the bus. Not your fault but maybe have a secondary spot in case the first is not available
