The bus arrived early and I was not able to board, since at 8:07 the truck was not at the meeting point, when the run indicated 8:09.
Due to the bus being late I missed my connecting train at king city to union station
Bus was supposed to leave at 8:15 pm. We got to the station at 8 pm, during that time me and my boyfriend decided to go in the restaurant and buy a bottle of water while his grandparents waited outside with out stuff. Bus comes around 8:05 sees that there’s no on waiting on the “bus stop” (there’s no bus stop, it’s just the front porch of a restaurant and the parking lot) and keeps driving. My boyfriend’s grandma got off her car and started waving and screaming not to leave us... driver very unprofessional, almost drives away without us. Also, when we got on the bus everybody had their bags on the seat beside them and we couldn’t find a spot. We asked the driver to see if we could take the two seats at the front cause no one wanted to let us sit, he said “no” and that was it. We had to ask a couple of people to see if they could take their bags down.
