Greyhound Portland Boston recent customer reviews
Late by 2 hours to pick us up. 3 hour journey as the driver didn’t know where the drop off point was, having to ask a passenger to use their GPS on their phone to locate it. On top of which the bus was full, with limited space for luggage and sadly smelt extremely badly.
Electric outlets didn't work. Both counter staff and driver seemed unhappy. Late leaving, late arriving. Won't be taking greyhound again.
The bus was wicked hot. A woman went to the bus driver and asked him to turn down the heat. He did right away. Great drivers!
