Aisle is narrow so it’s hard to get on and off with carryons. But that helps the seats be wider. So all good.

Bus left from Boston late and arrived to Hyannis late. No idea why even though the bus was at the station before it was scheduled to leave that the driver waited till the time it was supposed to leave to check people on. Left a few minutes late and arrived a few minutes late, but the bus was very nice and clean, modern. Outlets work, AC worked and the WiFi was superb. Would take again.

Not the drivers fault - he was stuck in a traffic jam - but no-one at stand in bus station and no message - it simply went on to details of the next bus which was disconcerting

Ordered the tickets 4 weeks in advance. There was a schedule change and I was not notified of it. I was forced to wait 2 hours to get a bus of a different line. Passengers should be notified of significant schedule changes

The bus never showed up. I had to buy a ticket on Plymouth Brockten.

Good front desk the booking person could be a bit friendlier though.

It got me there. But every other minute is followed by a slide in the chair and a scare my things are about to tumble to the floor.

Slightly late departure but other than that trip was excellent. Really appreciated the drivers comments as we left asking for quiet on the bus

Wi-fi was a little spotty, but the experience and ease of the ride was well worth it.

Keep up the good service. It was on-time compared to several of my long-distance trips on greyhound. I would travel again using Peter Pan's bus service.
