Very nice and clean.
Very poor customer service. Needed to simply change times for our trip. Same every else. No number to call. Snap chat agent very unhelpful and rude. Advised that we needed to show up in person to make change- at least an hour prior to original departure! That was not possible so we had to purchase all new tickets online. Very poor service. Shameful. Will never use this service again and we will advise family and friends of our experience.
