Bus was supposed to leave at 7pm..but arrived at 8pm. never using this bus service again
I took Greyhound bus from Toronto to New York and back. All drivers were very nice and the journey was smooth. However, the bus from Toronto was 1.5 hours late, we all had to stand for 2 hours or more outside in the cold, and no one even came to tell us what was going on until about an hour after we were supposed to leave. I understand it was Christmas time, there was shortage of drivers and everywhere was busy, but it would have been nice if we's been informed what was going on.
the line was huge. we have to wait extra 90 minutes for a third extra bus.
If a bus is late from its schedule, the other buses should be aware of this and wait for these buses because there might be people coming from there needing to transfer the bus. We missed our first bus because of the delays and didn't get any refunds/apologizes/information, nothing.
This particular trip was very good. Both drivers were very courteous. The second driver was exceptional. We depart from the terminal in Toronto 1hour late yet we arrived in New York 1 hour ahead of schedule. At the end of the trip most passengers applauded the driver. This trip was the 1130pm from Toronto to New York on Thursday December 15, 2016. Awesome
