Total rip off. Collected ticket insurance for cancellation/changing trip yet charges extra to cancel or change trip
bus canceled with no given explanation. i was given a voucher to use for a different trip so they did try to accommodate for the issue
The electric outlet didn’t not work. I was not able to charge my phone. Bus driver was extremely nice

I felt that the bus was not cleaned properly.. no WiFi on the bus that was supposed to be included.. bus driver nearly rear-ended someone
On Oct 3 around 8:45 PM CST I asked a Greyhound bus representative at Chicago Union Stn. if there were any earlier buses than my booking departing Buffalo on Oct 4. She told me there was nothing. On Oct 4 around 11am I asked the Greyhound ticket booth at Buffalo Greyhound station to change my booking from 18:15 to 14:00. He said he was unable manage my booking because of recent company system changes. He gave me a Customer service phone number to call but they said that I had to make my booking change online. I tried changing my booking both with Greyhound & Flixbus.ca nether system recognized my booking information. Your email to me when I purchased tickets said I could change my reservation in person, calling customer service or online but none of these methods worked. I wasted a lot of time and roaming data and ended up with nothing. I ended up booking another ticket with a different supplier since the vendors Customer dis-service refused to respond to my multiple requests. I am disputing the charge for my return trip
The driver was good, but the bus was dilapidated, with torn seats, power outlets that did not work, and a light in the restroom that did not come on.
According to the reviews, customers have mixed opinions about the bus service. Some customers praise the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers, while others complain about canceled buses without prior notification. Additionally, there are mentions of a driver insisting on unnecessary Covid certification for boarding. These issues should be addressed to improve customer satisfaction and avoid inconveniences in their travel experience.

Bus service was horrible. Driver insisted Covid cert which was not required at any stage. He didn't allow me to board the bus. I spent almost $400 on taxi to Buffalo plus I wasted $100 on trip to buffalo. It was nightmare and driver was not at all cooperative. I will never recommend this bus sevice to anybody. I have to undergo so much stress to reach buffalo by taxi. No body even at border crossing asked me about Covid cert and i even assured driver that i can submit it till we reach at border. Driver was adamant and refued me to board the bus. I need compensation at least $500 which i spent unnecessarily.
Bus in excellent condition. Friendly and courteous driver. Announcements regarding delay(s) should have been made.
The bus was cancelled I called them in morning to confirm and they said bus will be operating today we were waiting in line at 8pm at Union Station but bus never came it was cancelled we didn’t got any notification.
