User reviews from travelers who booked their tickets with Greyhound Canada3.9 out of 5 stars
Everything was ok the only things I was surprise was the poor quality of bus ... we are living in 21th century come on
Staff were great but disorganized
Great bus and service
It was 50 minutes late and freezing outside
comfortable and safely
When I got to the station to pick up my tickets, I was informed that the ticket I bought essentially didn't exist and that instead of leaving from the address that was on the email, we would be leaving from the greyhound station in Toronto. This was fine except nowhere on the ticket did it say this route had been changed and had I not confirmed with the Greyhound staff, I would not have known. To make matters even worse, the staff member Ralph who tried to explain the situation to us at the Toronto Greyhound station was VERY unclear in his wording and made it sound like we were the ones that made the mistake. He did not provide good customer service experience, so we had to confirm with 2 other members of staff before we really knew what was happening.
Not on time
In general was a nice ride.
It was my first time on a bus and trusted that the schedule included the time of day and a possible traffic slowdown during the trip entering Toronto. However the traffic at 9 am in Toronto was horrible and not your drivers fault. I only had 30 seconds to rush to my connection, and yes I made it but only by seconds. The skill set that your drivers have are second to none. The ride was smooth and because I was sitting in the front witnessed the horrors of other driver cutting off your driver. He was cool as a cucumber. Bravo is given to your driver. The schedule time of arrival in Toronto should be adjusted to arrival 11 a.m. and not 10:30 a.m.
Greyhound is the best
The operator was of Top quality and Class. Very knowledgeable in vehicular operation and functionality. I felt safe and comfortable within his care and ability. Please acknowledge him with an accommodation and special “Thank You” on my behalf. Respectfully Yours Mykal Griffiths

The bus is always late
Late late late always late
No current , no wifi
Everything was great. The bus was on time and everything was fine. Just that the leg space was less and I got severe knee pain. Other than that everything was fine.
disappointed in the policies regarding credits, was unable to use my ticket due to my own mistake however, the person on the phone could only recommend wasting the ticket, a spot on the bus and my money.

If you choose the Pick up at the Station option, you must present yourself at the Greyhound counter before your departure time in order to pick up your ticket.
