Bad, the adress to the bus station were invalid so we couldn’t get on the bus (the tickets had very low validity and everything felt bad about) we didn’t got on any bus becuase of the false address.
The bus never showed up and there was no way to contact anyone to find out why. The address given on the ticket was not a bus stop, there was no one else waiting there, it was an ordinary street corner so it may have been the wrong address.
This was the worst experience I ever had. They took my money. But left me in the middle of downtown LA By myself. I was lost and had to buy a whole different ticket for Amtrak.
Bus was scheduled for 2:45 am. We showed up at 2:30 and stayed until 3:30. The bus never showed up and we had to leave because it’s not exactly a nice area at all.
Poor service, got to the station in plenty of time. Bus was due to leave at 7:20 and at 7:00 we were told it was delayed two hours. No information or justification as to why.
They're okay, a little bit inconsistent when it comes to timing, didn't bother announcing the passengers that the bus leaving LA would be late, so people stood needlessly in line for over an hour
Firstly we had to wait in line for about 45 mins just to collect our tickets. We would have missed our bus had it not been delayed. The delay caused us to be late by an hour and a half. The bus smelt terrible and the seats were very uncomfortable.
Very good, except one and other employers who were kinda rude. But wasnt something really big, the worst issue was some passengers who were watching netflix or playing videogames with high sound.
My bag was either misplaced or stolen off the bus and no one has contacted me or given me any direction in either retrieving my bag or giving me some type of documentation to state that my bag hasn’t been handled correctly and isn’t in my possession so that I can give it to my insurance company.
The staff is not that friendly, we departed with almost 30 min. of delay and a trip of 3 hours turned out to 5! The bus is old, dirty and very neglected. Even in my hometown in a third world country, touristic buses are much better.
The bus was late. On top of that we missed our first bus not because we were late but because the staff gave our seats away so the bus was full. Also some of the staff was rude but the driver was nice herself.
On the way to San Diego the bus broke down in Long beach 1 hr after the trip started, they sent another bus to pick us up an hour and 45 minutes later we were on our way. But on the way back there was no incidents, made it on time.
Overall the trip was good. I just wish it had better visual and assistance to know what to do. I was very confused on what to do. Also the wifi and outlets did not work on my bus.
Terrible experience. Bus was an hour behind schedule because it had "broken down" but after waiting an hour we still ended up taking the broken down bus and nobody came and fixed the bus in that hour. Employees were incredibly rude and unwilling to keep people informed, one of them actually rolled his eyes when I asked if they knew when we'd be able to leave. Terrible experience, I'll never take greyhound again.
The greyhound was possibly the worst traveling experience of my life. An hour late leaving both ways, employees were rude and acted like providing information was a hassle, and the bus driver going to LA took a route that added 25 minutes to our travel time. I will never take a greyhound again.
