I just want to say thanks. I will continue do it again.
The bus driver was rude and in a bad mood.
Great service thanks
The bus broke down I missed my doctor's appointment and have no way of stay for another day. I aamm very upset and don't know what to do
Overall, the bus driver was really good and drove us safely to our destination.
Actual booked bus was cancelled. Then they provided another service to get in after 2hr of wait.
great! easy and quick. nice staff.
I’m satisfied with the service
Poor service, got to the station in plenty of time. Bus was due to leave at 7:20 and at 7:00 we were told it was delayed two hours. No information or justification as to why.
Cloud not find our platform. So we missed it
well worth the ticket price
very good ride well worth the ticket price
They're okay, a little bit inconsistent when it comes to timing, didn't bother announcing the passengers that the bus leaving LA would be late, so people stood needlessly in line for over an hour
Traffic was heavy
Slightly dirty bus
The driver was falling asleep the whole time while driving
The wifi doesnt work on the bus
Missed my flight. Unfortunate. Can’t rely on the bus service.
Firstly we had to wait in line for about 45 mins just to collect our tickets. We would have missed our bus had it not been delayed. The delay caused us to be late by an hour and a half. The bus smelt terrible and the seats were very uncomfortable.
Will never ride with Greyhound again. Always late
Keep good service
Very good, except one and other employers who were kinda rude. But wasnt something really big, the worst issue was some passengers who were watching netflix or playing videogames with high sound.
Horrible!!! Completely off schedule. Made us change buses and we got to San Diego after 4.5 hours
Bus had delay, missed the second bus. I had to wait very long... also wifi in the bus was unusable.
