Finding the exact location for pick up was extremely hard. There was no signs or staff outside. I waited at one spot and apparently missed my bus as it was an unbranded bus. Very frustrating after a full day of traveling
Missed the bus as I was unable to understand the person telling us when our bus was ready.I don’t think he could speak English. Staff in office were apologetic and promptly got me a ticket for next bus. The trip was pleasant.
I paid for the bus to drop me off at a specific stop. When we got to the stop before my stop I was told my stop was no longer a stop and I would have to get off the bus and find another ride to location of paid drop off.
According to customer reviews, the service has received positive feedback regarding excellent and clean facilities.
