I didn't like to be delayed one hour. I had schedule to follow and that changed some of my do list things...
The bus was 1 hour late. After announcing that the bus would not depart on time, there were no updates until the bus arrived. No one from Greyhound ever said anything about being sorry for the delay, or provided any estimated revised schedule. In addition to the delay, the San Diego station did not have enough seating and the restrooms were closed. The power outlets on the bus did not work.
There was no Wi-Fi in the bus although that was mentioned while booking online!
I had a bad experience with Greyhound on this, my first trip with them. Utilities that were promised on the bus – specifically the power outlets – were not working. NONE of them, on the entire vehicle! I brought this to the attention of the driver and she checked a switch on the dashboard and informed me that the outlets were "on." I moved around the bus and tried at least half-a-dozen other outlets. None of them worked.
The staff is nice and the bus is on schedule. Thanks for the service.
