the bus broke own after 30 mins after leaving the station. we had to wait another 30-40 mins for another bus to pick us up. When the bus did arrive it was also not mechanically sound and was struggling to gain speed.

I was really disappointed with greyhound having to put us in Eldo bus and then drive to beachfront and we're put in greyhound. All was so slow as if they were not mindful of the time. I missed the meeting I was attending because I was 1:25 minutes late because of the bus

Excellent service from Sphindiwe at Baco. I was regularly updated prior to collection at King Shaka airport, received in a friendly manner, drove in a lovely vehicle, had some good chats with the first rate driver, and arrived in Pietermaritzburg in good time. Baco is now my go to for shuttle services between Howick-Hilton-Pmb and King Shaka airport in Durban. Baco operates three return shuttle services per day. GO BACO!
