I was very satisfied with the bus ride and very impressed with The Canada Bus company! Especially when the connecting bus from Calgary to Banff was cancelled, the bus company owner showed up in person and organized a free taxi ride! Would recommend 100%.
Edmonton depot bathroom was very dirty. Only one staff member who did her job. Drivers both friendly & drove well under difficult conditions. Staff at Calgary helpful & efficient.
Bus was over one hour late leaving Edmonton. Did not arrive at destination. Stopped in Calgary would not continue to Banff, due to roads closed beyond Banff.
Greyhound was great it got from point A to point B but I think bus drivers need more help when it comes to loading luggage and packages on and off the bus. The people behind the counter at stations need to have better time management as we waited 15 mins just to get a luggage tag and during that time the person was talking on their phone for at least 10 mins. This also after they open the location late.
Satisfied, the bus drivers were professionals and careful. We are connecting passengers from Edmonton and first time travellers to Banff and using Greyhound. Highly recommended, will take Greyhound for next travel.
The bus broke down and I had to wait 2 and a half hours for a new bus. Making me miss my transfer in Calgary. I was told customer service would be waiting for us. They were closed between 830-930. There was nobody there. I didn't even get take the transfer from Calgary. I will NEVER use greyhound again. Was absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service.
The bus broke down making us have To wait for 2 and a half hours. I missed my transfer in Calgary. Wa told customer service would be waiting for us and they were closed. Ridiculous
