Charging ports, they're very far from us or from the 💺, u think maybe intercity can try to upgrade their buses with that because I damaged my Charging cable because of that. What I can say is this everything was oky but they need to upgrade their buses, there was no any cabbage bags or plastic around the seat and you could even put your stuff at the back of the seat because there is nothing that you can use for that unlike intercape. So they need to look for things like that just upgrade the 🚌

The staff on the bus were amazing, very friendly.
The bus itself was also clean and neat.
The tardiness of the bus leaving Midrand was due to the office staff who arrived late to open the office and then the lady didn't have her glasses so couldn't assist us. All passengers were then rerouted to Park Station in Jhb and we were checked in there and subsequently left from Park Station at 07h30 not 06h00 from Midrand.
This was my first bus trip and overall I was satisfied with the experience.
The two drivers on the bus were amazing, very friendly, very helpful and the check in gentleman at Park Station was also very helpful.
Thanks for the experience, I will surely do it again.
