Intercape Mainliner Midrand Durban recent customer reviews
I’m enjoy to use intercape mainliner just that on the bus the was too much smell of toilet and the bus arrived later than the time writin on my ticket
Ensuring safety for our luggage by giving us tags for the bags was my favorite, but the whole bus smelt of urine and got worse when one of the passengers used the toilet to do number 2 which was potent throughout the bus
The trip and the drivers were fine, the only thing I didn't enjoy was seeing cockroches, that made so uncomfortable.
Based on 805 reviews, the company was rated 3.7 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the WiFi. Big Sky ticket prices on this trip start at US$15.00
Big Sky Express Midrand Durban recent customer reviews
The bus was 21:30 in Midrand and it went to park station we parked there up until 02:00 and it arrived in Durban at 10:00 which is not nice
The trip was very comfortable, driving was excellent and exactly on time, only fault was the air conditioning that wasn't easily adjustable especially during an overnight trip.
The coach only had 11 passengers once departed from JHB Park Station. I suffered badly with restless legs from JHB and at Montrose my son and I moved to first 2 seats directly behind driver as nobody utilized them. The 1st driver jumped off and the 2nd driver who took over driving from Montrose to DBN very arrogantly told us not to sit there and move to other seats inside. I was about to give a reaction to ask him how will it affect him or his driving if we sat directly behind him as the tickets we received stated ' unreserved ' of which my son stopped me and said let's just move to the back. I do not have his name but I'm sure your operations team will know drivers full details of who took over and drove from Montrose to DBN.
According to customer reviews, the driver provided excellent service. However, there were complaints about the bus being consistently late by 3 hours. Despite this issue, customers praised the hygiene and appreciated the calm demeanor of the driver even when facing schedule challenges.

The bus didn’t come and was changed with me being informed and ended up being left behind and had to call head office
Hygiene was good, driver was perfect and calm despite the fact that we wanted his head on the block for the schedule though he was not wrong

Intercity Xpress Midrand Durban recent customer reviews
The bus was smelling humidity. They interchanged busses while we were on the trip. The trip was supposed to arrive to Durban by 15:30pm but it arrived at 7:00pm. The bus stopped on freeway whilst the driver paid bribery to police for roadworthy certificate.
The seats were very uncomfortable. No much room space for a tall person to sit nd relax in.
Everything was a mess the bus broke down in a middle of nowhere and the toilet was smelling so bad because it was dirty
