Bus Tickets from Midrand to Welkom

I enjoyed everything besides the fact that I had to travel longer hours than should due to the bus having to take a long route but nevertheless I booked it knowing that it would take that long because it was also stated on booking schedule

The bus never stuck to the timelines and therefore the reliance with regard to timescales are completely irrelevant.

Terrible.ETA was more than a hour delaid. Will never use the Busliner again.

First if all. I do not understand why commuters should arrive 30 min before but then the bus arrived 30 to 45 min later, I was in a panic mode , phoning the office every minute. Then thereafter the bus stopped for at least 2 hr 20 min at Parkstation. I found extremely shameful and inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. Please lets respect time

I didnt even get on the bis as the bus was more than 4 hours late. They wanted me to climb on an intercape bus and go to Pretoria station and wait there for a nother bus, as a women allone

I appreciate that they were on time for my collection but the bus lacks hygiene and that needs to be sorted it out cause I couldn’t stand the smell in the bus so as the filth on the seats

I enjoyed it so much ,very comfortable

They canceled my trip cause of pregnancy and gave me a voucher so I didn't enjoy anything just disappointment

During my journey, the drive itself was uneventful, but the unpleasant odor emanating from the onboard toilet significantly impacted the overall comfort. The strong smell made it difficult for everyone on the bus to breathe comfortably

Lovely staff, arrived at my destination earlier than anticipated. Pleasant drive over all.

The service is very bad. We were told the bus is boiling and had to wait more like 30 minutes for another just after the Grasmere garage. And 10 minutes breaks were 20 minutes break and some of us were in a hurry.

Service was a 100% apart from being charged from 1 bus to another
