The bus arrived in Pretoria in time but there was a problem of overloading, when the problem was solved, then another problem arisen when we were in Johannesburg when we were told to wait for another bus. Then we had to depart from Johannesburg after over 2hrs of waiting

father is 75 years old and the scheduled time for Uitenhage was 06h20, bus arrived in uitenhage at 09h00 after a detour. not acceptable for a older person to travel that long.
My Problem i was early at PTA station just to heard that our bus not coming down to PTA we must climb other Bus which going to George they gonna drop us at Joburg station we arrive there nobody like nobody assist us about whereabouts of the UTH bus we wait there for another 1hour before Bus arrive...
