This is the second time I’m inconvenienced by this bus service, a major inconvenience, I’ll never use this bus ever again.
the driver was unsure of where to go. the passengers were getting agitated as he had to back track which set the time out as he went to Craddock instead of Graaf Reniet. on arriving in Uitenhage we were dropped of at the incorrect garage meaning that our family had to look for us as they were waiting at the correct point.
My bus was 2 hours amd 30mins late. And no one of your staff or drivers had the decency to keep us posted on why the bus is late, and when we can expect the bus. And to make matters worse, when the bus eventually arrived, no one even apologized for the long wait. I must say, this is so disappointing.
