There was. No air-conditioning. Tge stops were longer and the bus was hot. The seats are not comfortable and the drivers are inconsiderate of time. Won't even turn the air-conditioning on.
The bus broke twice, and the second driver did not know the direction of where to pick other passengers and did not have airtime to communicate and was assisted by us using our own phones.
I am not satisfied at all with this service. My son's ticket was for 11:20, instead it was moved to 16:30. My son wait from 11 to 16:30, fast forward to joburg terminal he was told he had a wrong ticket. Now I am stressed because he is not home yet.

2 hours late. No help from the company. On the bus no aircon all the way only heat. The bad service from the company it can close it doors and stop using it service in the future

Greyhound can honestly do better, departure time as per booking was 15:30 hours, there was no bus at the time, had to be put in a bus that was going to East London which arrived at 4pm and only left 5pm. Getting to Park Station had to wait for another hour just standing on the pavement just being told the bus to my destination was still on its way. My arrival time was 21:20 but ended up arriving after 12 midnight, not a good experience at all.
