I purchased my ticket at 10:34- My bus ticket stated bus would pass at 11:10. stood at the bus stop from 10:49 to 11:50 thinking the bus might be late due to the snowstorm. bus never came. There was no cover. I was soaked and chilled. If the bus passed early I should never had been sold the ticket.
