The staff was incredibly poor at communicating what was happening at each stop. In fact, they seemed intent on NOT communicating, even when we were asking whether or not we were to transfer to a different bus. Furthermore, if we're staying on the same (overnight) bus, then I simply do not understand why we have to get off for 45 minutes just so they can change drivers, disrupting any hope for sleep in our 9 hour overnight journey.

The staff was really rude and also missed a bus because the staff wasn't cooperative at all. When I asked the driver what to do he had a very rude response. Just the ticket receptionist was really nice and gave me another bus.
