The amenities were faulty for instance the air-conditioning was blasting colder air through the top shelf what's the purpose of the flip vents if they're going to control the temperature anyways. The charging ports where very faulty, passengers had to rely on other passengers seats to attain a power supply. The wasn't water in the taps at the toilets and neither were there paper towels and that was in the beginning of the trip already. They should create a announcement system that would alert people of pitstops, pick-ups and drop offs, relying on a shout system in 2025 with a bus business that has been operating intercity travel since 1986 is mindboggling.

1st the bus was 40 min late at pick up, the constant stopping next to the road for maintenance caused by the drivers of loosing the radiator cap. Arrived 4 hours late at destination.
First time i actually sat on the lower level of the bus. more spacious and very comfortable. Hope I can get the opportunity to do that again
