Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Queenstown

First of all the bus delayed for about an hour and we got into the bus and we had to change to another bus again 🙈

I didn't like the fact that the bus was as late as it was and it caused a lot of disorganization as I missed my appointments that I had to made.

Bus was on time and whole trip very calm nice driving. But drivers were very strict to people another disliked the was no charger in the bus kindly look at this matter please.

I enjoy everything and the driving the drivers where perfect also i arrived on time at Queenstown

Please update the charging cable and toilet hygiene.

It was ok just the seating was a bit more closer made my knees hurt

Charging plugs not working no toilet on bus when bus stops at a garage driver gives us 10 minutes to go to bathroom and shop. I will never make use of this bus service.

The bus was warm, drivers were so disciplined,updating us where we are, in order to get refreshments, we arrived on time

The bus got stuck while in Cape Town and my sister had to be moved to another bus which resulted in a wait time of over 2 hours

Didnt even get to experience anything cause the bus didnt come. It was for 4 o'clock but waited until 8 and gave up. Had to organise a taxi in the last minutes cause i was running out time as i needed to be in court the next day so if i had waited for the bus i was not going to make. Pathetic service not even an apology from your staff, 4 hours delay

The bus was delayed for 3 hours no message was sent to me and we were transferred to the other bus and we were not notified in advance about all the changes. I will not travel with your bus anymore, your service is very bad, please get the pest controller for cockroaches.

Firstly it arrived on time and even along the way the driver was good we arrived safely

The bus didn't even arrive in Cape Town, got home at 21h00 after waiting for more than 5 hours for the bus, and tje office phone is not answered

The bus was 1 and half hours late. It was cold and the internal lights not working

Time delayed

Waiting period is too long, had to be transferred to another vehicle which is very small in space . The bus was suppose to depart at 7pm in CPT but we left around 9pm which is such an inconvenience. I'm very disappointed 😞

As soon as we left the bus station our bus got stuck by the robots at civic center we spent 4 hours waiting for another bus to arrive even though the bus came late to get us at the station. We got another but that is very hot and clumsy l, charges for our bag were so high after spending so much money for booking the tickets

It was extremely bad bus broke down we waited 5 and a half hour for another bus drivers extremely inconsiderated will never ever make use of this bus again

I waited for an hour the bus a no show, no communication. Later on we told that all Badela buses went to moria so they hired a different bus. The hired bus was slow and so cold. Charging pots few were working and there was no bathroom. Worst experience

The worst service I have ever received. The bus was 4 hours late with no communication from those in charge. They told me to not get on the bus I was on and I got onto a different bus because they gave my seat to someone else and I had to wait for another bus. The bus then broke down and we spent close to an hour hoping for someone to help us.

I didn't enjoyed the trip because the bus had no space for suitcases so I had to put my travel bag under my foot

Illula bus service is very bad, buses are always very late, unforeseen charges whereby a person is charged a huge amount for his/her normal bag/luggage case a person can be charged R300extra

Drivers were very rude and we were not allowed to go to restrooms and we lost our way twice on the road to Cradock

Firstly the bus was late ,very late. Secondly we had to pay for our luggage while when we are booking that is not stated , also the bus was raining woooh what a journey

Firstly, that was not the bus I booked. Staff were not communicating with us when the bus stops and they will even stop in the middle of nowhere. The bus also delayed for 2 full hours.

It was a very horrific situation first the bus arrived late in a very bad state I have never seen a long distance transport in that way combined eastern cape with joburg and expect us to change by ourselves without no help from them . The NOBLE BUS should never been allowed to operate period .

We were given a bus that they knew very well was not road worthy, it first had a breakdown at Worcester they called Mechanic to come and fix which it took more than 3hrs, we drove. After we passed Aberdeen the bus broke again and they called the Mechanic again this time the mechanic said the engine is dead and the bus cannot drive anymore and that took us from 7:00 in the morning till six in the afternoon they send us another bus after numerous attempts to contact the office and the boss to send another bus immediately, I will never use that bus again in my life they just don't care about the passangers people and small kids had no food, no water, no toilets for all those hours, they just gave us stupid drinks and water.

The bus kept on stucking along the road very bad service

Nothing I enjoyed still on my to Queenstown at 11:28 my bus stuck at lainsdown at 00 until 05 will never again travel with deleter the drivers don't even explain what is going on hayi I will never again am sorry

The bus had cockroaches and it delayed it was supposed to leave at 6:30 left at 7:20 and samething happened when we were coming back it was meant to leave at 6 but left 20:15 bad bad expericence ever

It was my first time using the bus and their service is very bad,the bus was late and we didn’t even get a notice that such will happen and also the bus that we got didn’t have a Delta label it was very slow, the bus drivers were rude I will never use that bus ever again.
