Bus from Cape Town to Idutywa: Tickets & Schedules

My kids are on that bus the time is 3 o'clock the bus was suppose to be at idutywa at 10 now they will be stranded in that town with nothing going home 💔💔💔💔

This time around it was worse, one of the drivers was rude and the broke in Butterworth I had to organise my own transport to reach my destination

I enjoyed everything about my trip. It was fast and we arrived at my destination earlier than the scheduled arrival time.

Bus never departed or arrived at the stipulated times. And they make you pay for your suitcase even though this is not stated online when you make the booking.

I'm stuck since yesterday and I have my child is this your service I'm very disappointed ☹️

The ride was ok and all that,what disappointed me was being transferred from jobelastar bus to badela near the end of journey

The passenger was suppose to be dropped off at Idutywa she was dropped off at Butterworth

I didn’t enjoy being dropped off at a far location than my intended destination without being compensated, it is a big inconvenience.

number one i paid for my small suitcase with a two small bags R120.00 in total. which was the first time i had to pay for my luggage especially that small suitcase. my luggage was weighed all at once and together they weighted 20.889 i took a pic of the scale and paid the guy

it was a very beautiful trip & i was so comfortable. despite that it arrived 2hours later than expected & i was left by a taxi to home

Very disappointed, I travelled for 22 hours from Cape Town. Eagle liner have poor service shame no cap

The bus got stucked for an hour I was supposed to be at home at 12:25 but arrived at 15:30 I was happy about the driving

Try to accommodate people with children bcz I was. With a one old baby I wasn't comfortable at all bcz they let me sit right at the back

I was good from cape town but things were changed when we were in east london because our trip was suposed to end in idutywa they siad the bus is not going to idutya is going to durben not in idutywa we must wait for another bus

I enjoyed my trip the drivers were very nice and everything was fine.

I was no happy with the service all I can say I won't book that Makalala bus in my life bcz of the disappointment

My trip was not finished the drivers left me at ENgcobo and they talked to the taxi that was going to Ngqamakwe and the taxi drop me at Butterworth and it's where I used my money to Idutywa

We waited for the bus 4 hours. even now i am still on my way not even in the destination. What a bad service i regret my desicion to take this. Drives so unprofessional they can't even see when the petrol. we waited for a hour when bus ran out of diseal.

I m very satisfied about time,about charges for laggages they didn’t use that 25kg free, they didn’t show me even how they calculate charges for 4 people with 3 suitcases,they charge 200

I didn’t like the behaviour of the people were collecting us in Cape Town station also they over changed our bags🚮using a faulty scale

The didn’t arrive and there was no communication

the bus was old, some charging plugs weren’t working at all. The bus stuck and we had to wait for another bus. The seats are very uncomfortable because they are close to each other making it hard for us to seat properly

The trip was great and the bus was so comfortable that I even slept I really enjoyed my trip

A bit terrrifying. Bus was probably one of their firsts, and the speed was off the charts

No professionalism the had no air-conditioning time of departure and time of arrival had passed

I enjoyed nothing, no air condition nothing.And even now we not arrived in our destination. 😡😡

The bus departed on time and was very clean. The conductors were very organized, and we arrived at our destination promptly as well.
