Bus Tickets from Banff to Edmonton International Airport

Your driver between Calgary and Edmonton was rude. The bus from Banff was over half an hour late, I was waiting outdoors for 30 minutes at below freezing temperatures. Your online support was good. Mimi was very pleasant and very helpful. I won’t take the bus again unless there is no choice.

I was overall satisfied with the service. However, it would have been nice if I received a telephone call or email to indicate that the bus was going to be late.

The bus drivers were very professional, attentive and friendly. The only single drawback was the lack of air conditioning on the Calgary to Edmonton bus. Overall a good experience and very reasonable price for a great service.
