Firstly what u didn't enjoy was the fact that the bus was very late. It was 19:00 arrival time according to the booking but it arrived at 20:45. Secondly what i liked/ enjoy about it was the driver was very nice,well professional driver, fast, kind and was playing nice music and the bus was very warm

The service was very bad, from the boarding station to the destination.
Bus arrived late and the bus coordinators have no instructions to the passengers, ended up missing the bus while we had waited over an hour for it. Got transferred to another bus and had many stops because of passenger transfers. Lack of communication.

I'm not happy at all what a disappointment the bus supposed to be departure at 06h10 am uven from the station it was late it was supposed to come at 19h40 it arrived at 21h00 no communication the bus broke at Worcester they call a mechanic from Capetown and continue with a journey at 01h15 am at 06h25 the bus broke again before Beaufort west very disappointed
