Bus delayed and there was no Update to us The bus got a breakdown and we stayed for like 3 hours fixing and we got to Joburg 3 hours later

The whole journey was safe and enjoyable. Drivers were professional and courteous. Areas of improvement: 1. Some charging points on the seats were not working. 2. Some demonstration on how to operate the emergency exits would be useful. 3. There was no paper towel available for the toilet. 4. Seats were good but leg space was a bit squashy.

The bus was incredible and it made my trip enjoyable and memorable I like Budget liner. One thing that almost took my mood off was their arrival time, the bus was late to arrive for a pickup.

It broke down in Queenstown and the next thing we had to be the ones packing our suitcases on the intercity bus and the eagle liner drive was directing us instead of helping us

It was the first time I use Eagle Liner and my experience was very good. Except that the bus was very hot and there was no cold air.

I don’t like the fact that the bus kept asking us to show our tickets at every stop making us arrive an hour late at the destination

I enjoyed everything , never disappoints, speed and comfort love it . I was not late for my training in Mpumalanga

Clients should at least be told on time if the bus will be late & if also there’s a change of departure location
