According to the ticket Arrival time was 7:30 in Cofimvaba but we waited for securities in Queenstown for a long time. We arrived at Cofimvaba around 09:00 and we were very late for funeral that was in the far village of Cofimvaba.

I didn't enjoy my trip at all on Friday 01 August 2025 to Cofimvaba. The bus was late with two hours and we were not even updated. We were standing in Park Station with no updates. No care for customers.

Very horrible experience, the bus was stuck from blomflotein from 12 midnight on we were not updated about anything,when we asked the drivers say the owner his phone was offthe other bus only came the next day at 2PM, we arrived at 7 pm in Queenstown the drivers drove back to put fuel, when we got there we waited for the whole hour which no update, I only arrived at 22 pm in my home town n still I haven't arrived. The other thing I was asked to pay R100 for my 3 pcs bags, they were never put on scale they just charge by size...
