Very disappointing experience.
My trip from Cofimvaba to Cape Town with Jobela Bus Services was a nightmare. The bus had no air conditioning, and we traveled with an open door and roof emergency exit, making it extremely uncomfortable.
Staff were unprofessional and unreliable. In Queenstown, we were told the bus would leave at 16:15, but it departed early around 16:00, leaving passengers behind with no apology or accountability. Later, those passengers had to hire a car to catch up.
The bus was also not roadworththe engine kept switching off multiple times along the way.
Overall, poor service, unsafe conditions, and bad communication. I will never use Jobela again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I enjoy almost everything how ever I was disappointed with bus drivers that they ask some passenger to move from the first chairs and they said they reserve that chairs for them but at queenstown they allow couple to sit there and never said nothing ..so we left with questions that the sit is it for favourites or for the passengers because it’s not first time we see this happening

Very disappointing. From Cofimvaba to Queenstown I was told to took a bus that I didn't book and connect with the other one to Queenstown. We waited in Queenstown almost five hours. The bus was supposed to arrived in Cape Town at 5am by the look of things we will arrive after 10am, so much inconvenience. Do better next time.
