The buses have been arriving at the destination late. With all my trips. Drivers speed. And yesterday it was raining and the road was slippery. I am starting to lose interest in Intercape. I could not even sleep as it was uncomfortably speeding.
Though the bus had a small break down, the drivers were very friendly and helpful. They made the whole situation bearable, I'm very happy with their service
I wish drivers can be strict when it comes to passengers wearing their mask and switch airborne off at night it was very cold some of us can't take coldness as I for one am suffering in rheumatoid arthritis and I have a lung disease am sorry if I make a everything about me
The driver was nice and he explained everything that's why I rated the stuff 4 stars, but the bus was late. Am the seats were very dirty I don't wanna lie.
Service is very bad! Drivers left a passenger - carelessness. Bus was extremely late & not cleaned properly. Not happy at all!!! The ticket price was not equavalent to the quality
I’m so sad because I booked the bus knowing that it was supposed to arrive at PE by 07:25 and I had an interview at 08:30, which I missed because the bus arrived at 09:30
The human service for bus 604 was not good at all.
The attitude of drivers did not display respect when I questioned them about time of arrival hence I was 2 hours late
Almost everything is satisfactory except there is insufficient break time at bad locations and there is no clear announcements upon arrival at bus stops. As a result, some passengers passed their bus stops for hours
Mr. Ntuli and Mr. Nongoko are very friendly drivers, who are willing to help anywhere possible. They also drive well, there was no point where i felt unsafe.
Disappointed that there was no toilet on the bus. When booking the tickets it was not stated. Only saw after payment was made and reference numbers given
The bus had no toilets which is very bad for elderly people. And no TV for intertainment. This was the most awkward ride with no space for movement of your legs.
