I hurt my back on the bus. The ride was so tough. Every bump on the way out of Edmonton hurt. I woke up with a sore back and now I’ll have to go to a chiropractor
Your bus schedule does not leave on time or get to destination on time. This is a big factor with people that commute by bus. Changing stops and Changing Times on a bus schedule is bad for the rider and for the people picking those people up. Changing drivers is fine but changing luggage and people from bus to bus is not a good policy.
They left my nefew Dakota for a second time today and I am very angry right now because I have to figure out a way to get money for a 3rd ticket! He was there before the bus and it still left him. He must have went to the bathroom or something idk but he got left and stranded downtown for over 3 hours hungry and disappointed after walking from far with his duffle bag full of clothes!!
Driver was very friendly a d helpful. Even making an extra quick stop so a clue people could grab subs and still getting us to North Battleford head of schedule. Would definitely use this company again.
Bus driver was exceptional- calling passengers by name, explaining stops and what was available there, and he purchased cold and hot drinks for all.
Bus was clean with comfortable temperatures.
I am happy with Greyhound service. Only complaint is no restaurant or nearby eating place at the Edmonton terminal. Vending machines I'm not impressed with
