The service is good just a couple of issues. 1. The bus arrived with the destination as Swansea and no indication it was going to Cardiff. If we had not asked the driver we may still be waiting. 2. When passengers used the toilet there was a fowl smell throughout the bus.
It was a good journey but the heating was turned up way too high for quite a while untill someone said something about it. Staff were great and friendly. Good service
Amazing driver,enjoyed my journey completely
Overall is good.
I think will be much better if they can utilise more option to use the internet especially for the tourism and they can manage their booking during the journey other things looks good...
On time, reliable, fast
All very good
In spite of the delay the driver drove us safely in a covenient bus
Make sure the toilets works on these lines. The bus driver did though give the opportunity for a comfort brake
Very satisfied with the service driver was excellent
The bus broke down and we had to wait for 3 other busses to reach our destinations
The bus halted at one of the stops for longer while
Very happy, will use again
Brilliant service - arrived on time, at every single destination en route - very impressed. Friendly driver, great driving skills too
It was a good drive. Unfortunatly the bus was late due to a 2 big carcrash and bad weather.
A smooth journey with excellent hospitable staff
Very nice journey
My flight was late arriving and I would have missed the bus had I not been able to pick it up at a different terminal. The staff was great.
very Good and VERY inexpensive!
There was too much noise in the bus as a result of inconsiderate passengers who were chatting incessantly on their phones or the children who were allowed to be loud for the entire duration of the trip.
The driver was really miserable and moaned that my case was too heavy. I loaded it myself. Does he really expect long haul passengers at Heathrow to travel the world with just a carrier bag for luggage?
Does what it says
Good service keep the prices down a little bit
The trip was enjoyable, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and the delays were understandable.
The bus arrived late and the was no explanation why was it late never the less we have enjoyed our journey
Can foreigners purchase a senior pass on National Express?
Comfy, safe, efficient, worry-free
