The bus was on time, that was great.
The service or announcement at Park Station where I got on was not good. I would have sat in the terminal all day not knowing that the bus had arrived if I didn't keep asking people everywhere.
There was a horrible beeping noise throughout the bus for the entire journey. Like when a seatbelt is not fastened and the car is giving an alarm sound.
The toilet on the bus did not work.
The toilet could not flush and had no lights inside.
The toilet was extremely dirty and the floor was wet all over with urine.
There was no toilet paper.
Proper announcements to inform passengers of the time of departure from each stop was not made.
The lights were randomly switched on for a few seconds at a time at full brightness continually during the trip. Waking the passengers for no reason.
