National Express London Bournemouth recent customer reviews
my coach was cancelled, no communication between people waiting and staff. Passengers had to wait an hour and a half to get the next coach. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t even know it was cancelled until 5 minutes after the departure time, i had already been standing at the terminal for 20 minutes with heavy bags just to wait even longer smh.
I was late for my plane, cause the coach stopped in the middle of nowhere and every passenger was panicking, we waited for an hour to another coach to came and take us to Bournemouth. I am dissatisfied, we had to be in Bournemouth at 7:40, instead of that we were there at 9.
I do not know what the problem is, but the bus moves at 6:30, but we were very late, and the bus did not move until 8:30. This thing is completely unacceptable

Megabus London Bournemouth recent customer reviews
I missed the bus, even though I arrived at the bus stop 30 minutes before the departure time. I was searching for the bus at Victoria Coach Station, but I couldn't find any information. I reached out to your customer care regarding the bus stop and received the response to search for it myself. I attempted to find customer service representatives at the bus station, like National Express, but couldn't find any for Megabus. As a result, I missed the bus and had to pay £70 to reach Bournemouth by train. It was a very disappointing experience; I was literally running on the roads trying to find the bus.
It’s punctuality and the USB charging spot😊 The drivers were very kind👍
Excellent service in a day where there were train strikes. Late arrival only due to heavy traffic in London. Driver was excellent and very helpful. Cannot commend the service enough in a tough day.
