The driver was an hour late. As a result of that, we had to travel 6hours without a single break, all because the driver was late for our pickup.

The experience was great no issues at all, however i am unhappy that the bus arrived 25 minute later than the time stated.
Atleast they should implement a tracker thing on the app so that we can see where the bus is and we can plan our time accordingly.

The service was great but what I did not like or felt uncomfortable with were other passengers consuming alcohol in the bus. This behaviour should not be tolerated because as a female passenger seating right next to someone who is drinking alcohol and drunk is very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Great bus with a great driver but a few changes with regards to the system of locating passengers would help the drivers work more efficiently, faster and allow them to work on time

The pickup address was not precise.
The arriving destination (Johanesburg bus station) was dangerous. The company should give advice on how to leave the station at 4 AM in the morning.

The trip didn't even happened because the bus did not pitch. It's so unfair, l waited from 8h30 until 15h30 then decided to go back to res because there was no bus while l booked. I had to cancel my ticket for the Eagle liner that l was going to take from Johannesburg to the Eastern Cape where l was gonna have an interview tomorrow and l missed my job interview just like that. I am really hurt and l am not sure if l will ever heal from this.😭😭😭😭

The bus coach lacked customer service. I had a lot of luggage and trouble putting it in the storage. I had to ask him twice to help me but he just stared and moved on to talk to other people. The bus was clean and comfortable also had a nice cup holder and functional charging ports on the positive side of things.
