Bus Tickets from Niagara Falls Station to Pearson Toronto Airport

It's was running late the driver didn't understand me he kept trying to tell me I wasn't booked. He didn't look up my name after I showed him he then realized I was on schedule to leave from there.

The bus that came was not a flix bus and we were not notified. There was no Flix sign. The bus driver did not say it was our bus. 15 people missed the bus including us. We called Flix and they would not help.

The bus we paid for never showed up and changing the booking didn't work because the bus wasn't cancelled. There were several people in the same situation and the following busses wouldn't take us so lost more than 3 hours trying to get to Toronto in time and ended up having to call an Uber.

We used Rider Express in both going to Niagara and coming back to Pearson airport. Both times we felt very comfortable. The drivers were very confident and friendly. It was an inexpensive way to get from the airport to Niagara Falls. The drop off and pick up were convenient although a little confusing as we did not know the area. I would definitely recommend and will tell people to use this service.

A very smooth trip and good driver however it was delayed 30mins due to traffic.

Bus and company amazing . Sadly the stop at niagara might scare a few ppl off of using it again. Homeless and odd fellas hanging around. Not very appealing for individuals or women if approached. Just an observation

Bus was efficient. We were 15 min late due to traffic. Also the bus itself swayed a bit, causing some motion sickness I don’t usually get on buses.

Excellent from selecting trip to meet travel needs and very well priced. Bus was on time both ends with easy access to Toronto from bus depot. Driver professional and polite providing clear information and guidelines.

First of all the train appearance is not what i have expected. It looks very old and too dirty inside the cabin.

The waiting and boarding process must improve. It is not clear how boarding will be done and those who arrive earlier do not have any advantage over those who arrive just at boarding time. Also, there is no Wi-Fi service in Canada.

I enjoyed the comfortable seats and food options, however, I didn't like the fact that their restrooms were not clean and trash cans were overfilled, the wifi did not work, and the train was delayed over an hour upon arrival in Toronto.
