Very unprofessional. We experienced operational troubles with the bus from Pretoria. Every now and then the bus stopped next to the road. An hour from Colesberg they told us the bus overheats and that the technicians had to come out. We stand there in the dark. After a while he continued driving. This was repeating. Then the door couldn't close and we continue driving with an open door with -2'C. With our late arrival in Graaf Reinette the luggage was a nightmare. I end up climbing in the truck and try to find my luggage in the chaos.
