Please improve communication at the bus terminal from Pretoria. We were not attended to ,o one was giving us update, which queue to follow which bus to climb
I think I'm gonna stop using intercape, because it is not working for me anymore. The emergency exit was open the whole bus ride because the air conditioners did not work and now I have a runny nose and sore throat.
My fro trip was 42 minutes late to arrive but it was way much better than my to trip. The fro trip bus, a mainliner, was also so much neater and more convenient than my to trip bus which was a budget liner.
Delta Coaches doesn't provide good service. The bus was 3 hours late & on top of that they didn't pass by my station then they told me to catch a taxi to get to my destination , which was going to arrive in 2 hours, of which I was supposed to pay with my money again.
I do not think I will use this bus again. It has poor services. We waited too long for the bus. And we stayed for about 3 hours in Park Station due to it's failure
Bus was not on good condition and the charging plugs were not working as well as the air condition and the bus was leaking water inside fron the rain. The trio was a total nightmare
The Bus must not take break at every stop for example from Pta its first refreshment station was in Engen Vaal, another refreshment station at Ventersburg within a space on of 2 hrs that's why got to Bloem very late an hour late
The alternative bus arranged was not suitable and completely inappropriate in comparison to the expected standard. The seats did not have safety belts. The music played was too loud. This was a disappointing and embarrassing experience. there was poor actually no coordination with the onboarding of the passengers and the luggage loading on the bus made some of us as passengers feel uneasy. This was not worth the price paid.
This bus is chaotic from boarding the bus people push in no order from the stuff they don’t ensure there’s a que. We had to change at Bosman and waited for 2 hours to leave. No update on what is happening we were sent up and down. It’s just chaotic I don’t think I will ever use their service anymore
I loved the experience everything was fine the staff on the bus they were friendly and making sure that after a break everyone returns and no one is left out.
I would recommend this bus to many people, friendly staff and drivers they can look after passengers very well, and bus was very clean and comfortable as always, keept it up guys,I have no complaint at all,I enjoy every ride with intercspe since,i never complanied ,Thank to all staff members for showing us respect, being friendly and caring keep it up
The staff at Pretoria Station should be taught how to speak to customers and treat them.
Also the getting on and off and exchanging of buses at certain points is draining.
Otherwise I am tall and I really struggled to sit well the entire 6 hours
There is tranquility inside Intercape bus. I really enjoy the spacious seats. The driver adhere to speed limit and when we off load lagguge, support is fully there. I like the serial number system on the bags.
It is an affordable bus, just the seats cannot accommodate people of weight because I was uncomfortable while sitting on the bus with someone pressing against me and the arm rest/protector was also hurting me.
Leaking bus ,was repaired on our time.all buses must be checked thoroughly after a long trip, drivers were surprise about the leaking, previous drivers did not comply ,or assessment not done routinely by experienced staff.
I was really disappointed having to stand at the station unattended waiting for a bus that is late with more than 2 hours ..Even got late to my destination and had to cancel all my plans I had for the day ..I was the same as people who bought tickets for late buses
