A bus without charging ports?
My phone was off and had to buy 2 fake power banks for R200 because the phone was charging ports
That's my last time to use Eagleliner
I will never use it again
The whole experience was traumatic. Starting from the ticket sales, they are ignoring people, i had to buy the ticket online because i stood in the queue for more than 30 minutes without being helped while they are busy on their phones.I had to change buses three times before i arrive to PE. And the drivers does not even bother to tell us what was going on.
The admin staff at Pretoria Station could learn to be patient and polite. The one lady who was announcing for Greyhound was very rude and impatient. What could assist also is the fixing the loudhailer so that everyone gets to hear the announcements.
Our experience was overall not bad, except for the rudeness of the bus drivers and staff. They urgently need serious people skills training. The trip itself was fairly okay.
I would never take that bus again, l was so disappointed with the service, the bus was not roadworthy for a long trip ,delays and no communication with passengers, the drivers would not use English because there are black people, but not considering the people also who do not speak that language, and arriving 4hrs later than the said departure time ,
We were on a good comfortable bus from Pretoria then they move us in to this little bus at Park Station with small seats that was not comfortable and we seated upright the whole 14hr journey and the toilet was disgusting and smelling terrible the whole journey. The stuff were so friendly that i can give them credit but the bus was a nightmare.
What a disaster is was to travel by this bus. First we left Pretoria late. Transferred to two different buses before leaving Pretoria. Buses were not even greyhound. Not exactly what I paid for or expected. Then sat at Jhb park station for almost 5 hours. While we wait yet to transfer Ed to another bus.
It was complete disaster. Will never use Greyhound again.
Fare prices but not worth the inconvenience I had to endure. I'm very disappointed about the way the whole challenge was handled. A client deserves being kept in the loop of things more especially if the bus is out of its schedule by 5 hours. However, the response we got was rather hash towards a client who is not on the wrong. I'm no means implying mishaps happen but the way things were handled was rather more dissatisfactory than the whole odeel of being changed up to 3 bases due to faulty related challenges. I'm very displeased by the service I got. I hope it will never be the experience I will come out with should I choose to use eagle liner again.
Lack of communication. Take us out the bus in Park station and waited for over an hour to be told to go to the next bus where we have to walk with our luggage and the place was not even safe.
Time after time we use greyhound and time after time greyhound services ,reliability and quality keep on disappointing us customers.
At this point we're no better than choosing the next better options as the quality and safety isn't just cutting it.
We remain unsatisfied and unsafe .
There was no Eagle Liner bus on Pretoria station. The scheduled time of departure was 17h00, but we left via Intercity shuttle to Park Station at 17h30 to board the Eagle Liner. From there the Eagle Liner left at 18:05
This is the 6th time that the bus is late especially from pretoria, then to make matters worse when it arrives at park station we are instructed to get off & wait for another bus that also take +- 1 hour to arrive. The stuff would not even try & apologize for the inconvenience instead they would treat/talk to us very bad
The bus driver was inpatient and rude. Your stop is to little. Theree was a insadant where i was in a que and then in the shop to go to the counter was a que also. Then the codriver and driver was inpatiant and fight with me and my son. I told them it was not my fault that i had to stand in 2 very long ques. Will never use the greyhound again.
Eldo does not value its customers, timetables are grossly disregarded, one bus picks up all passengers to different destinations, from Pretoria to Johannesburg, drops them in Pretoria, where there is other frustrated passengers waiting for the intended connecting bus, which would also be behind schedule.
The buses make unscheduled stops on the way, at one stage the driver even got out his cabin to assist resolve a problem which the second bus official could have easily solved. I VALUE STRICT BUS SCHEDULES, ELDO HAS TO TAKE ITS PASSENGERS INTO CONSIDERATION
